Description
Overview
Our Blue DTF Maintenance Liquid is the “industrial strength” active solvent designed as a critical care product for your DTF printer. White DTF ink contains heavy titanium dioxide pigments that quickly settle and dry, forming clogs. This blue-tinted formula features potent surfactants and humectants that penetrate deep into the nozzle chamber to break the chemical bond of dried pigment, making it the superior choice for professional printhead recovery and scheduled deep-system flushes.Â
Why Choose the “Blue” Formula?
- Deep Clog Penetration:Â Specifically formulated to address stubborn white ink “sludge” that standard clear cleaners often miss.
- Printhead Recovery:Â Ideal for recovering seemingly dead printheads, saving you thousands in replacement costs.
- Optimal Wet-Capping:Â Excellent for use during shutdowns. It keeps the nozzle plate moist for extended periods, ensuring a perfect nozzle check after idle time.
- Prevents Sedimentation:Â Essential for flushing the internal system when the printer will be idle for more than a few days, preventing ink from hardening in the lines.Â
