Description
Overview:
Our Pro-Grade DTF Transfer Powder is specifically engineered to act as the crucial bonding agent between your printed DTF film and the garment. Unlike generic powders that can leave a thick, plastic feel, our formulation provides an ultra-soft hand finish while maintaining exceptional stretch and recovery. When cured, this fine white powder becomes a transparent, flexible adhesive layer that moves with the fabric.Â
Why Choose Our DTF Powder?
- Superior Adhesion & Stretch:Â The advanced thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) formula activates at a precise temperature range, creating a resilient bond that stretches with performance fabrics.
- Soft Hand Feel:Â Fine particle size ensures minimal buildup, resulting in a finished graphic that is smooth and virtually undetectable to the touch.
- Industrial Durability:Â Rated for industrial washing standards. Transfers resist cracking, peeling, and color fading after repeated machine washes.
- Universal Use:Â Works perfectly on both light and dark garments, across cotton, polyester, nylon, and blends.
- Low Melt Temperature:Â Efficient curing saves energy and reduces the risk of heat damage to sensitive garments.Â
