You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You have proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
The product is not part of a clearance or special order sale.
Please note that products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or external factors beyond our control are not eligible for return.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost. To process your replacement request:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Customized or special-order products cannot be returned or replaced unless defective.
