Process Flow of Powder-Free DTF Printer

Powder-free DTF printer eliminate the DTF hot-melt powder required in traditional DTF processes. They integrate both ink printing and drying functions, and transfer patterns from film to fabrics. The specific printing steps are as follows:

• Step 1: DTF PET Film Printing
  Using an integrated powder-free DTF printer, patterns are directly printed onto powder-free PET film.
• Step 2: Integrated Drying
  Drying is completed simultaneously during printing, eliminating the need for powder application, shaking, or secondary baking.
• Step 3: Pattern Cutting
