Description
Pre-treat the Garment
Before printing, ensure the garment is perfectly prepared by flattening and smoothing it with a heat press. This step helps achieve optimal print quality and ensures better ink adhesion for long-lasting, vibrant results.
Print on Garment
Start the print job using the DTG printer software, which will precisely apply the ink directly onto the fabric, ensuring sharp details, vibrant colors, and a smooth finish for high-quality, durable prints.
Curing
After printing, the garment must be cured to permanently set the ink. This can be done using a heat press or conveyor dryer, ensuring the ink bonds to the fabric for long-lasting, vibrant prints that withstand wear and washing.
