KJ-604 4-Head DTF Machine Printing Process:

DTF printing is revolutionizing traditional printing methods! Using specialized DTF ink and powder, it employs heat transfer technology to directly apply designs onto textiles. The specific process of DTF transfer printing is as follows:

• Step 1: Create or edit your design using graphic software (such as Photoshop).
• Step 2: Print the design onto DTF PET film using a DTF printer with water-based pigment ink.
• Step 3: Evenly spread DTF hot-melt adhesive powder onto the printed film while the ink is still wet.
• Step 4: Melt and cure the powder by heating (using an oven or curing machine).
• Step 5: Transfer to Fabric, place the film onto the fabric, and press with a heat press machine at the required temperature and time.
• Step 6: After heat pressing, peel off the DTF PET film to reveal the transferred design.
