KJ-602 2-Head DTF Printer Printing Process

DTF printing is an innovative garment printing method commonly used for customized clothing and personalized products. It uses the combination of DTF inks and powders, along with a heat transfer machine, to directly transfer patterns onto fabrics. The entire process is very simple, requiring only 6 steps.

• Step 1: Prepare the pattern with the correct dimensions and resolution.
• Step 2: Print the pattern onto the PET film using a DTF printer.
• Step 3: Apply hot melt powder evenly to cover the DTF ink.
• Step 4: Heat the DTF adhesive powder until it bonds to the ink.
• Step 5: Transfer DTF PET film onto fabric using a heat press machine.
• Step 6: Peel film carefully to reveal the design.
